What a week. @bcbikerace was more than the last What a week. @bcbikerace was more than the last race of the season. It was a revitalizing experience on the bike. Fresh trails, fresh faces and fresh format. The pressure cooker of World Cup racing is tough - it either sucks the life out of you or it fills you with the highest of highs. BCBR, even with some missteps this week, through the peaks and valleys, everyday I could think of something that made me stoked - more stoked than I have been in a long time. Moove! @bcbikerace Stage 4 - Vernon - Epic! Went Moove! @bcbikerace Stage 4 - Vernon - Epic! Went hard from the gun feeling good. Got caught up behind some cows for 3-5 minutes. Almost bonked. Won the stage and clawed back some time in the GC. Pretty incredible day on the bike. I don’t know if the swelling in my hands will go down by tomorrow. Apex mountain on tap for stage 5. Stage 3 @bcbikerace was so fun! Started off with Stage 3 @bcbikerace was so fun! Started off with a descent so I got to ride with all the homies hooting and hollering. Had some near death experiences pushing the pace, naturally. Then on the big climb home I sat in and let the legend @geoffkabush set the tempo right up until I clicked one gear harder.
